PREVENTIVE HEALTH CHECK-UP FOR ALL GRAMMAR SCHOOL STUDENTS

Dear Parents,
CBCS Nurse’s Office will conduct Preventive Health Check-Up for all Grammar School students to detect health
problems that could impact the learning process at school and also to get the growth data of all CBCS students in
the beginning of the school year. The Preventive Health Check-Up will include Physical Check, Vision Check, and
Dental Check and will be conducted by a Physician, an Ophthalmologist, and a Dentist.
The Preventive Check-Up will be held on:
Day : September 3-7, 2018 (Please check your child’s WAAG for your child’s schedule)
What to bring : Tooth paste, Tooth brush, and plastic glass.
(Please label them with your child’s name)
We will send the result to all Grammar School parents a week after the Check-Up so all parents could follow up
the result when needed. Thank you for all support and cooperation to us.
